Schedule of Events

Brisketeers arrive with your fully-cooked brisket and fill out your entry form

Shabbat Chanukah

Judging and announcement of brisket winners will follow the service. After the winner is announced, everyone will enjoy all the brisket entries as well as side dishes and dessert. You don't need to cook brisket to participate in this delicious event! Tasters needed! $15/person or $36/family. Please click the RSVP button above to register for dinner.

Think you've got what it takes to be a Brisketeer? Here are the Cook-Off Guidelines:

There are two Brisket Categories: Best Traditional Brisket and Best Smoked Brisket
Each brisketeer must prepare a whole brisket (3-5 lbs.) in your signature style. Briskets must be fully cooked, thinly sliced and ready to serve. You don't have to put it in your prettiest dish, but they are judged on appearance!
Briskets will be judged on taste, appearance, consistency and creativity
You must name your brisket recipe!
All brisketeers must register by Friday, December 8. Please register via the RSVP button above.
