We Are Planning a Bet Mitzvah Celebration
Whether you want a simple table or a full kids party, you will need to consider room sizes, celebration time frames, rules for set up and strike, deadlines for planning your menu, deliveries and desired room layout.
First, you will need to choose the length of your celebration time:
- Congratulatory Table (30 minutes) Includes 1 table, cover, set in Breezeway and cleared by Am Shalom staff.
- Simple Kiddush (up to 90 minutes celebration time, set up one hour prior to service start time) Includes tables and chairs, provided there is inventory available. Strike and clean up must be completed 1 hour after the end of the celebration.
- Extended Kiddush (up to 150 minutes celebration time, set up one hour prior to service start time) Includes tables and chairs, provided there is inventory available. Strike and clean up must be completed 1 hour after the end of the celebration.
- Celebration (up to 270 minutes celebration time, set up one hour prior to service start time) Includes tables and chairs, provided there is inventory available. Strike and clean up must be completed 1 hour after the end of the celebration.
Next, choose the room or rooms you wish to occupy: Room capacities, sizes, and fees are here.
Be mindful that the room maximums should represent close to the number you are inviting.
It is easier to fill the room than to find additional space.
Finally, once you have done the above, please complete the Celebration Contract, making sure to choose the party type and room(s) for the maximum number of guests possible.
