• (224) 214-4630
• (847) 835-4117
• (847) 716-3300
• (847) 853-8231

This opportunity is provided by Cook County and Albertsons/Jewel Osco, hosted by New Trier High School and staffed by employees of participating municipalities. In order to be eligible, residents must present a valid driver’s license (proving identity and residency in Glencoe, Kenilworth, Northfield, Wilmette, or Winnetka) and an insurance card at the vaccination site.
