MARILYN SHONFELD MEMORIAL CONCERT 

Endowed by congregant Bill Shonfeld in loving memory of Marilyn Perlman Shonfeld (violinist), and under the direction of Fran Shonfeld Sherman (violinist), Marilyn’s friends and relatives come together annually to present a program of chamber music. SAVE THE DATE - ANNUAL CONGREGATIONAL MEETING

Please join us via livestream on Friday, June 11 at 6:25pm for the Annual Meeting of the Congregation. As is our tradition, we will meet for five minutes prior to the 6:30pm Shabbat service. The Shabbat service to follow will feature the presentation of the Jim Goodman Volunteer of the Year Award to a member To Be Announced!

"Almost Daily" Minyan will meet via ZOOM, Facebook Live and livestream twice weekly on Mondays and Thursdays beginning next week

LEARN TO READ HEBREW!

Get started with the aleph-bet! Familiarity with Hebrew can be a key to feeling at home in the Jewish community. Learn the shapes and sounds of the Hebrew alphabet, with a warm and supportive educator to guide you and a group of classmates for practicing together. This course, facilitated by the Union for Reform Judaism, assumes no prior Hebrew experience. This course has been developed specifically for online learning, and is taught by experienced educators. Live sessions meet weekly over video conferencing. Participants are given access to online course materials and a link to purchase the workbook. Tuition is $180. Learn more and register.

CRAFTING FOR GROWN-UPS: JEWELRY MAKING

Join us via ZOOM on Tuesday, June 15 at 7:00pm to design and create a double wrap beaded bracelet! Wendy Levy of Inspired Designs Jewelry will lead us through this fun workshop. Feel free to grab a vaccinated friend or relative and ZOOM in together. All supplies will be provided in a kit, to be picked up from the temple prior to the session. $18 includes a bead kit in the color palette of your choice plus other essential supplies. Register Online.
