BOOK OF LIFE

In May, all congregants received information and instructions about Am Shalom’s Book of Life and Memorial Plaques, which offer two ways to honor and memorialize loved ones who are no longer with us. If you are interested in purchasing a memorial plaque or including loved ones in the Book of Life, please complete and return the materials by July 26, 2021. You may also submit your information for the Book of Life online at https://www.amshalom.com/form/bol-2021.html and order a plaque at https://www.amshalom.com/form/memorial-plaque
