CHALLAH & BBQ IN THE CIRCLE DRIVE THIS FRIDAY

Pull through the Circle Drive for challah and Shabbat greetings this Friday, January 21 from 9:30-10:30am! Then, starting at 11:00am, the Soul & Smoke Food Truck will be in the Am Shalom Circle Drive. Soul & Smoke specializes in slow roasted, smoked and braised meats. Click here to place a pre-order and reserve your time slot now! The truck will be at the temple until 5:00pm. A portion of the proceeds will be donated to Am Shalom.

MULTI-ACCESS SHABBAT SERVICES THIS WEEKEND

We are grateful to invite our community back to the Sanctuary for Multi-Access Shabbat Services this Friday, January 21 at 6:30pm. Torah Study Minyan will return to the Library on Saturday, January 22 at 9:00am

In accordance with Cook County Department of Public Health guidance, everyone entering the temple must show proof of vaccine or same-day Covid test results. A photo on your phone or a photocopy of your card will suffice. 

JEWISH MUSIC LEARNING HERITAGE SERIES

The Jewish Music Heritage Learning Series endeavors to study the ever-evolving modes of worship and musical expression within the Jewish prayer experience. ZOOM in with our cantors and special guest Cantor David Berger (KAMII) for The Life, Music, & Legacy of Max Janowski tonight, Thursday, January 20 at 7:00pm.

UNDERSTANDING (DIS)ABILITY: MOVING TOWARD A MORE AWARE AND INCLUSIVE COMMUNITY FOR ALL

The Glencoe Council for Inclusion and Community will host a virtual Town Hall on Tuesday, February 8 at 6:00pm. Panelists will share both their professional and personal expertise, help us navigate and rethink our definitions of disability and help our community build a greater awareness around what it means to be a Village that invites inclusion for all.
