Clergy Assistant

Joined the team in 2022
Natalia Tapia joined Am Shalom as the Clergy Assistant in 2022. With a background in administrative and personal support, event planning, and assisting, she helps keep the clergy organized and connected, managing schedules, correspondence, special projects, and some aspects of Am Shalom travel with care and attention. She supports the clergy with parts of the Bet Mitzvah process, including rescheduling appointments and assisting families with questions or needs throughout. Natalia also enjoys assisting with the behind the scenes work for Am Shalom’s Tot Shabbat and Young Adult events, helping ensure everything runs smoothly. Natalia values the sense of connection and care she experiences at Am Shalom and enjoys being part of a team that makes a difference. Outside of work, she loves spending time with family and friends, as well as drinking coffee, creating art, cooking, baking, and staying active.
